e-Cert

e-Cert is an online export documentation processing service using a secure electronic platform.  The system enables you to apply for your Certificate of Origin, whether Arab (a-Cert) or European Community. Applications for A.TR.s and EUR1s are also available online.

South Yorkshire Chambers have been a successful deliverer of the service since its inception a number of years ago. 50% of documents produced throughout the UK are now using the secure delivery mechanism.

The eXpress service allows you to apply and receive your Certificate online using a secure platform to forward to your Chamber, who will check, approve and stamp the document and return it electronically to your PC where it will be ready to print.

How do I register?

Registration is easy; it only takes 5 steps to register as a new user:

1.  Go to http://www.e-cert.org.uk/

2   Select "Join e-Cert World" and complete the joining form".

3   Select "e-Cert V.5 new registration" and register to use e-Cert (new users must obtain approval from their Chamber to use e-Cert)".

4   Sign in to e-Cert World and click on your user name above the Chamber message.

5   Select "Manage Profile", add your e-Cert login details and click "update".

Acert

No need to register separately, registration for e-Cert includes the access for processing Arab Certificates. The use of this service can considerably reduce the time of processing your documents via the Arab-British Chamber.
